C2C 2022: Pre Ride in Oregon

This post is part of a series detailing my 2022 coast to coast cycling adventure. This one covers our three days chilling and preparing at a fantastic BNB house on the Oregon Coast, just north of Florence, our starting point.

Not too much to write about here so I’ll let pictures tell the story.

We did take a couple of nice rides up and down the beautiful Oregon Coast Highway:

This took us through two really cool towns. The first was Yachats (pronounced Yah-Hots), where we fell in love with the Drift Inn.

The other cool town was Waldport, where a bob of seals (my new favorite word for a group of animals) roams the Alsea River.
